Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the buildings and the historic and architectural interest and setting of the listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON3, CON4, and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The new brickwork and stonework for the extension to the Coach House and the new garage shall be pointed with lime mortar and the brickwork, and the flint stonework shall be laid individually. Pre-constructed flint panels shall not be used.
