Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the development has begun
A) The roof of the conservatory hereby approved
B) The walls and roof of the garden room hereby approved
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON2, CON3, CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That all new rooflights to be installed as shown on the plans hereby approved shall be a conservation style rooflight and retained as such thereafter.
