That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policise CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
