That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby permitted shall be carried out using hand-tools to prevent damage to the surrounding structure and surfaces. Reason: To ensure the protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
