Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the extenal layer of the insulation hereby approved shall match the existing finish to the external walls of the property in terms of colour, texture and profile. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
