Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That details of the single glazed painted timber casement windows which shall include elevations and sections at a scale 1:10 and glazing bars at 1:1 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement or works
Reason: To safeguard the special character and appearance of the Grade II Listed Building dwelling in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
