That within one calendar month of the date of this planning permission the new rear roof light shall be obscure glazed and fixed shut and shall thereafter be so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 no rooflights shall be inserted in the side (east and west) roofslopes of the dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
