That the materials to be used for the external walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample of the material to be used for the new conservatory roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
