That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Prior to works commencing, samples of the hardsurfacing to be used for the parking area shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
