Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That prior to the commencement of the works full joinery details for the new window and door at scale 1:10 (elevation and sections) and 1:1 of glazing bars shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
