Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Details of the staining of the external surfaces of the pool equipment house hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to commencement. Staining shall be carried out as approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All plant, machinery and equipment (i.e. swimming pool pumps) to be used by reason of the granting of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated so as to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration into any premises either attached to, or in the vicinity of the premises to which the application refers.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance in accordance with Policies G2 and EP1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
