That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Details of the external surfaces of the shed hereby permitted, including staining shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Staining shall be carried out within 1 month of the shed being erected. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The shed hereby permitted shall not be occupied or used at any time other than for purposes incidental to the residential occupation of 31 Kings Close. Reason: To ensure that the proposed building remains used for incidental purposes for No.31 Kings Close in accordance with Policies G2, H13 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The existing means of access onto Kings Close shall be widened, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the Highway Authority¿s specifications and that all ancillary works specified shall be undertaken. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
