The existing fascia sign as identified on drawing number 87040 shall be removed within 2 months of the date of this consent.

Reason: In the interests of visual amenity in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7, CON8 and AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
