That the floating pontoon shall only be used for the purpose referred to in the statement submitted in support of the application other than with the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority, namely for the mooring of a historic barge and its tug, involving access for routine maintenance and by crew members only but no access by members of the general public.
Reason: To allow the Local Planning Authority the opportunity to assess the suitability of any future alternative activities not addressed by the current application in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C3 and R9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
