Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the proposed dormer shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing house. Reason: To preserve and enhance the character of the house and the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
