That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That notwithstanding the details shown on drawing number Friv.100 Rev. B, the existing brackets to each side of the projecting shop front shall be retained unaltered. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the canopy hereby approved shall consist of traditional canvas and shall be fixed within the existing historic blind box to the underside of the existing projecting shop front. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
