Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies G6 and R3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 1 year from the date of this permission the temporary buildings hereby permitted shall be removed from the land and all materials removed from the land.

Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies G6 and R3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all trees on the site be protected during development works, and shall be so retained.

Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
