Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the windows and doors of the proposed extensions shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing house.
