That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials for the sign boards hereby permitted shall be wooden, as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, the lettering and logos on the proposed signs shall be hand painted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
