Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That notwithstanding the details show on drawing LSE 06 4 the existing ceiling shall be retained as it is unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The installation of a dropped ceiling was not considered to safeguard the architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
