Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The use of the building shall be restricted to the storage, distribution and sale of hard wall and floor finishes and associated products as described in the letter dated 6th February 2007 accompanying the application.
Reason: To define the scope of the planning permission and to ensure that the use of the site does not have a detrimental impact on the amenity of neighbouring occupiers or on the viability and vitality of Henley-on-Thames Town Centre in accordance with Policies EP2 and TC7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No deliveries to the site shall take place outside of the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, and the trading hours of the site shall be restricted to 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 on Saturdays and 10:00 to 16:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The existing parking and loading areas to the south and west of the building shall be retained for the parking of vehicles in connection with the approved use of the building and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To ensure that there is adequate parking provision in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
