Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That approval of the layout, scale, and appearance of the building, and the landscaping of the site (hereinafter called the 'reserved matters') shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the application is in outline only and not accompanied by detailed plans in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H4, D2, D3 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That application for approval of the reserved matters shall be made to the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development to which this permission relates shall be begun not latter than whichever is the later of the following dates:
a) the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission; or
b) the expiration of 2 years from the final approval of the reserved matters, or in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
