Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 30th March 2007
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposals are contrary to policies G2, G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and to advice contained in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide, in particular paragraphs BD8, EX1 and EX2. Having regard to the excessive increase in the pitch and height of the roof , the proposals would detract from the form and appearance of the existing property and would appear incongruous in the street scene and out of keeping with the character of the area.
