Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That a hedge of species to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority shall be planted along the front of the fence within 12 months of the grant of this planning permission and such hedge shall be tended as to grow, and remain at, a height of not less than 1.8 metres, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of planting shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained. Reason: To protect the setting of the listed building and the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the existing fence is to be stained black within 3 months of the grant of this planning permission and maintained as such pending the establishment of the hedge required by condition 1 above. Reason: To protect the setting of the listed building and the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
