Planning Permission on 26th February 2007

That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
