That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The mini-cab office hereby approved shall be occupied by persons employed for taking bookings via telephone and/or internet only and associated administration. The premises or the associated parking spaces shall not be used as a rest room or for accommodation for mini-cab drivers or customers. Reason: To ensure that the premises remains in use as a mini-cab office, minimising the impact on local residents, and that highway safety is not prejudiced by additional vehicular movements and general activity associated with mini-cab drivers and customers in accordance with Policies G2, EP2, EP3, E3, E5 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
