That at the expiration of a period of 2 years from the date of this permission the use of the premises as specified in the application shall cease. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to reassess the situation in the event of the use giving rise to problems of amenity or highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, EP2, EP3, E3, E5 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The mini-cab office hereby approved shall be occupied by persons employed for taking bookings via telephone and/or internet only and associated administration. The premises or the associated parking spaces shall not be used as rest room or accommodation for mini-cab drivers or customers. Reason: To ensure that the premises remains in use as a mini-cab office, minimising the impact on local residents, and that highway safety is not prejudiced by additional vehicular movements and general activity associated with mini-cab drivers and customers in accordance with Policies G2, EP2, EP3, E3, E5 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The mini-cab office hereby approved shall not operate outside the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Saturday. Reason: To ensure that neighbouring residential properties do not suffer loss of amenity at unsociable hours in accordance with Policies G2, EP2, EP3, E3, E5 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
