That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That prior to the commencement of the works details of new windows and doors via section and elevational drawings at a scale of 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason : To protect the character and fabric of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
