That the external walls and roofs shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes that shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any further works are undertaken. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building is satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3, CON4, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That window and door details at a maximum scale of 1:10 (elevations and sections) and 1:1 (glazing bars) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any further works are undertaken. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building and the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3, CON4, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
