Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the equipment be removed within 3 months if no longer required for telecommunications purposes. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the countryside in accordance with Policies TE1, C1 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to commencement of works, details of the proposed landscaping scheme around the compound shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the approved scheme shall be implemented during the first planting season following the commencement of work. Reason: To protect the character of the local landscape in accordance with Policies TE1 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
