Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date when the mobile home is placed on the land, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to assess the viability of the agricultural unit in accordance with Policies G4, GB2 and A6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed, in the locality in agriculture as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or in forestry, or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her, or a widow or widower of such a person. Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds in accordance with Policy A6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the mobile home shall not be brought onto the site until such time as the agricultural buildings permitted under P07/W0954 are in use for agricultural purposes. Reason: To ensure that there is an agricultural enterprise existing on the land in accordance with Policy A6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That full details of the mobile home, to include the size, height, layout, materials and finish of the structure including elevation and block plans to show the position within the application site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.Thereafter the development shall only proceed strictly in accordance with the details so approved. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory form of development in accordance with Policies G6, GB4 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of a foul drainage system shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing and a scheme implemented in accordance with the approved details.
