Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That following the expiration of a period of two years from the date of this permission, or upon the completion of the local sewerage works for which the construction of the compound subject to this application has been necessary, which ever is the sooner, the land upon which the compound is to be constructed shall be reinstated to its condition before that development was carried out, and all materials removed from the site. Reason: In view of the very special circumstances surrounding the case and to protect the character of the locality and the openness of the Oxford Green Belt in accordance with Policies G2 and GB4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, details of the proposed drainage scheme should be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing, and a scheme implemented in accordance with these details. Reason: to ensure water does not run off to the highway and in accordance with Policy EP6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That after the period of construction has ceased, the temporary access hereby permitted shall be permanently stopped up in a manner to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter shall not be used by any vehicular traffic whatsoever. Reason: in the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policy G2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any works on site, a lorry routing agreement shall have been agreed and completed with Oxfordshire County Council and the Local Highway Authority. Reason: to protect local amenities and in the interests of highways safety and convenience, in accordance with Policy T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted a plan detailing the turning area for construction vehicles within the site, which will permit vehicles to enter, turn and leave in a forward gear, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works detailed on that approved plan shall be implemented and retained in accordance with that plan for the duration of the works. Reason: to protect local amenities and in the interests of highways safety and convenience, in accordance with Policy T2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
