Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the brickwork surrounding the new French doors shall be re-pointed using a lime-based mortar mix a sample of panel of which shall be approved on site by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the colour of the paint to be used in the finish the new door shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
