That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P09/W0366/DIS

That further details relating to the finish of the balustrading and balcony shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That further details relating to the type and size of the solar panels to be fitted to the extension hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the external walls and roof of the resulting building be constructed and finished in accordance with the schedule of materials and finishes as outlined in the Design Statement accompanying the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
