Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the proposed works a detailed specification of the windows and external doors at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 and details of the junction of the conservatory with the existing back wall at a scale of 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
