Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That joinery details for the kitchen windows and conservatory hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That a full photographic record shall be made of the blank window before and after the removal of the render and submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval prior to the installation of window W6. If evidence of a previous window or any other architectural feature is discovered, revised proposals shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to any further works being carried out.
