That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That joinery details for the kitchen windows and conservatory hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies H13, CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the junction between the conservatory hereby permitted and the existing buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies H13, CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of the brick to be used in the reduction of the window opening W5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. All new works of making good to the retained fabric shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to the colour, texture and profile of the material. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies H13, CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
