Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the historic fabric of the building during the progress of the works. The details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Confirmation of the type, extent and depth of existing foundations shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any exacvations for the underfloor heating.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
