Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roofs of the dormers. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
