That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, prior to the commencement of works, details of the exact mix of lime render with added horse hair, including a method statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2, Con 2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of works, samples of the stone and brick for the new wall and the stone to be used in the repair of the stone plinth and details of mortar repairs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2, Con 2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of works, a sample panel of wall shall be constructed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The construction of the new wall shall comply with the approved sample stone and brick panel. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 , Con 2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the plaster mix shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2, Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
