That, having regard to the design and scale of the conservatory, particularly its roof form in relation to the existing dwelling, the proposal would result in an awkward design feature and the unacceptable extension of the original dwellinghouse which is contrary to provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, Policies H13, G6 and D1 and South Oxfordshire Design Guide, Guidelines EX2 and EX5.

That having regard to the length of the conservatory, particularly given its close proximity to the boundary with the neighbouring property, the proposal would result in the unacceptable extension of the original dwellinghouse which would be unneighbourly development contrary to provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, Policies H13 and G6 and South Oxfordshire Design Guide, Guideline EX5.
