Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the concrete pad shall be hand dug in accordance with details indicated on Drawing 2662 L 01.
Reason: To protect the historic fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
