Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the application site unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: In view of the very special circumstances of the application, to protect local amenities, and to preserve the character and openness of the Oxford Green Belt, in accordance with Policies GB2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That if, prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, any buildings enclosures or other structures otherwise permitted under Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 are constructed on the application site, the planning permission hereby granted shall lapse and become void.
