That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That no works shall commence on the demolition of the house until a contract for the works to erect the replacement building detailed on the approved drawings has been agreed. Commencement on the rebuilding shall commence within six months of the demolition of the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that a replacement building is constructed in accordance with CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
