That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of the single glazed sash window and timber finish shall be submitted to (at scales of 1:5 and 1:1) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
