Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That any oil storage tanks to be installed on the land shall be sited on an impervious base and shall, prior to the commencement of their use for oil storage, be surrounded by an oil tight bund wall capable of containing 110% of the tank's volume and enclosing all fill and draw pipes.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policies EP1 and EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted, details, to include acoustic specifications (sound power levels and octave band frequency analysis), of all fixed plant, machinery and equipment associated with air moving equipment, compressors, generators or equipment of a like kind to be installed on the site, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjacent occupiers in accordance with Policy EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, all plant, machinery and equipment to be used by reason of the granting of this permission shall so be installed, maintained and operated so as to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration into any premises either attached to, or in the vicinity of the premises to which the application relates.
Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjacent occupiers in accordance with Policy EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
