That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the works, plans and specifications contained in the application. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory and to accord with Policies G2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

A sample section of the replacement wattle and daub panel in Bedroom 3 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to full completion of the works.
