That, the development hereby permitted shall not commence until details of the proposed surface treatment for the access have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. That prior to the first use of the access onto the A329, the access shall be formed, laid-out and constructed to the approval of the Local Planning Authority strictly in accordance with the highway authority's specifications and that all ancillary works shall be undertaken. That, prior to the first use of the access onto the A329, an advisory sign, warning users of the A329 (heading southwest towards the Great Haseley Industrial Estate) that there are slow moving vehicles leaving the site, is to be erected in the highway verge.
