Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, no gate shall be installed across the access within 10m of the back edge of the carriageway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety, and in accordance with Policy T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2016.

That, the development hereby permitted shall not commence until details of the proposed surface treatment for the access have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall demonstrate that the surface will be made from a bound material to ensure no loose material migrates onto the highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety, and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2016.

That prior to the first use of the access onto the A329, the access shall be formed, laid-out and constructed to the approval of the Local Planning Authority strictly in accordance with the highway authority's specifications and that all ancillary works shall be undertaken. Reason: In the interests of highway safety, and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2016.

That, prior to the first use of the access onto the A329, an advisory sign, warning users of the A329 (heading southwest towards the Great Haseley Industrial Estate) that there are slow moving vehicles leaving the site, is to be erected in the highway verge. The sign and its location is to be agreed with the Local Highway Authority, all the associated works will be at the applicant¿s expense.
