That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
No works shall commence until a detailed specification of the proposed water proofing at the junction with the stone parapets has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The specification drawing shall clearly show how the drainage channel will be achieved and its material and finish.
