Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the new door to the bedroom at a scale of 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
